The woman has gone into labour and is now undergoing a caesarean section.
Her husband, a retired doctor, has been working for her mother’s family since she was nine months pregnant.
The doctor said she was told to wait until the second trimester to have the baby.
She has been on a waiting list for a second baby for four months.
In the past few days, she has been unable to walk or even talk.
“We had to go to the doctor to check my condition, and we found that she had been going into labour,” her husband said.
They are considering seeking help from the public to help raise money to pay for the first trimester.
A team of doctors and nurses is working on the baby, but doctors said it would be a while before they can check her vital signs.
