The pregnant woman who gang-banged a boyfriend with an oversized golf club after they had sex at a motel in Georgia was sentenced Monday to 30 months in prison.
The 34-year-old woman, who pleaded guilty to a felony count of first-degree sexual battery, was released on a $1,000 bond.
She will be required to register as a sex offender.
The incident occurred on Feb. 19, 2017.
The woman had been having sex with her boyfriend, a former high school football player, who is now married and has a 3-year old daughter, in a motel room at the Georgia Motel.
The victim told police that after they engaged in sexual intercourse, the woman started to rub the golf club in his genitals and then pushed him onto the bed and pushed him off.
The defendant allegedly began to rub her vagina and anus in an attempt to make the victim more comfortable.
The man’s wife, who was at home at the time, heard the victim screaming and called the police.
She said that she could see the woman pushing her boyfriend onto the back of the bed, then pulling her down and forcing her to have sex with the golf-club-wielding woman.
The couple went to the police after the victim told them she had been raped.
The police investigation revealed that the man and the woman had previously had an affair, but they have been married for less than a year.
The investigation determined that the golf clubs had been used on the victim and the defendant, but there was no evidence of the golfs having been used during intercourse.
