A pregnant woman has told the ABC her baby cried when she told her that her baby had farted during the birth of her second child.

She said she told the woman’s grandmother about the baby’s crying, but she told police the baby had never been seen crying.
“The baby had not been crying, it was just a normal crying baby,” she said.
“It was just so surreal.
I thought it was a great day, I didn’t expect anything like that.”
The woman says she told a nurse at the hospital about the incident and the nurse told her the baby was fine.
“She told me it was good to have a baby, it is good for the child and it is great for the mother,” she told ABC News.
“I am really upset about what happened, but I know what my responsibility is, so I am just trying to be calm and stay positive.”
The ABC understands the woman and her daughter have been told the baby has been discharged.
